Inside Our 8-Step Mass Production Process
Every approved sample at Ruihan Industrial is followed by a consistent, repeatable production workflow. Here is what happens after you greenlight the paint master.
Step 1 — Mold Making
Steel or aluminum tooling is cut on CNC machines, then polished and tested with short-shot trials.
Step 2 — Blank Figure
Injection or rotocast machines produce raw bodies. Each cavity is numbered so we can trace defects back to source tooling.
Step 3 — Dustless Painting
A filtered spray booth eliminates airborne particles before Pantone-matched coats are applied.
Step 4 — Pad Printing
Eyes, logos and fine details are transferred with silicone pads. Registration is checked every 50 units.
Step 5 — Assembly
Multi-part SKUs are assembled station-by-station with torque-tested joints where required.
Step 6 — Quality Control
A 15-person QC team runs AQL 2.5 inspection. SGS pre-shipment audits are offered on request.
Step 7 — Packing
Blister, window box, gift box or poly bag — packaging is engineered alongside the figure, not bolted on at the end.
Step 8 — Shipped
FOB, CIF or DDP. Air, sea or rail. Our forwarder network reaches 60+ countries.
